Change of company name to PRF Gas Solutions, SA

PRF announces that it has updated its corporate name, officially adopting the name PRF Gas Solutions, SA, replacing the previous PRF – Gás, Tecnologia e Construção, SA.

This change reflects the natural evolution of the company and ensures alignment between the legal name and the brand by which PRF was already recognized in the domestic and international markets. With more than three decades of experience, PRF has consolidated the name PRF Gas Solutions as an expression of its positioning as a technology company specializing in integrated solutions for combustible gases, operating in engineering, construction, operation, and maintenance of energy infrastructure.

It is important to emphasize that this change does not imply any modification in the corporate structure, nor does it affect contracts, commitments, contacts, operations, or relationships established with customers, partners, suppliers, or public entities. All rights, obligations, and processes remain unchanged.
